Oy Saimaa Terminals Ab operates in Finland in the area of Lake Saimaa and in Hamina and Kouvola. The company originally established in 1941 is fully owned by Steveco Oy.

Our services include stevedoring, ship’s clearance, forwarding, transport and terminal services for export, import and transit cargoes.

We were the first port operator in Finland to have received the ISO 9002 quality certificate. This was granted to us in 1993. In 2003, we updated our operating system to conform to the new ISO 9001 quality standard. At the same time, the system was incorporated to also include sections based on environmental, occupational health and occupational safety standards.
